How an engagement is run
Remote as a method, not an absence
Most of the work is done remotely. That is a delivery choice, not a gap. We can take on a client's tools, review rituals and security expectations when those are the conditions of the house. Presence on a client site is by arrangement, not by default.

The same group through the hard middle
The same cross-functional group is intended to carry the assignment through deployment, integration and test. Handoffs inside our side are kept short, so the people who configured the environment are not strangers to the people who test it. Context is not rebuilt at every boundary.
Access separated, decisions written down
Access is separated: only the access the work requires, under the client's rules, returned when the work is done. Material decisions are written down so review does not depend on one inbox or one conversation. Documentation is treated as part of the work, not as a tail.
Operate and review, not a demo left undocumented
Close-out is not a slide. It is the point at which the client team can operate and review what has been delivered. Documentation, access arrangements and residual items are treated as part of finishing, not as optional extras. What is handed over is what was built — not a summary of it.
Principles
Questions we are often asked
Do you work only remotely?
Primarily. Site presence is by arrangement.
Do you replace our architects?
Not unless that is separately scoped.
Can you work inside our security process?
Yes, that is a normal condition of the work.
What does close-out mean?
Enough for your team to operate and review what was delivered.
